The Live Roof has now been placed on the roof of the new Sam Corey Senior Center. This live vegetation roof is just one of the reasons the newest building in Delhi Township is considered LEED certified. LEED is a third-party certification program and the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high performance green buildings. read more »

At long last, Holt will have its own farmers market. Holt Farmers Market is scheduled to open this July in the old fire department building at 2150 Cedar Street. This location has room for approximately 16 indoor spaces as well as outdoor space for additional vendors. “The Holt Farmers Market will be about quality of life with a strong emphasis on education,” says Al McFadyen, executive director of the Delhi Township DDA. read more »
The Tree Streets Neighborhood Association was formed last summer with the goal of developing a sense of community within the neighborhood. The group emphasizes that their purpose is not to create rules, but to provide opportunities for neighbors to socialize and support one another. read more »
