Tetra Tech grant application for reconstruction of Cedar Street from Holbrook to College

In compliance with their grant application, Tetra Tech documents relating to the reconstruction of Cedar Street from Holbrook to College are available for public review on this website and on the Delhi Charter Township website. The estimates and plans concern median widening, drainage, maintaining traffic and restoration.

Live Roof placed on Sam Corey Senior Center

The Live Roof™ has now been placed on the roof of the new Sam Corey Senior Center. This live vegetation roof is just one of the reasons the newest building in Delhi Township is considered LEED certified. LEED is a third-party certification program and the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high performance green buildings.

Holt Will Welcome Its Own Farmers Market

At long last, Holt will have its own farmers market. Holt Farmers Market is scheduled to open this July in the old fire department building at 2150 Cedar Street. This location has room for approximately 16 indoor spaces as well as outdoor space for additional vendors. “The Holt Farmers Market will be about quality of life with a strong emphasis on education,” says Al McFadyen, executive director of the Delhi Township DDA.

Tree Streets form Neighborhood Association

The Tree Streets Neighborhood Association was formed last summer with the goal of developing a sense of community within the neighborhood. The group emphasizes that their purpose is not to create rules, but to provide opportunities for neighbors to socialize and support one another.

Holiday TV

Thanks to excellent participation and favorable response the past three years, the DDA again offered Delhi businesses the opportunity to participate in a holiday TV advertising package. The DDA underwrites a portion of the cost of the holiday campaign, which will air on WILX-TV 10 this year.

Interceptor Loan Program
