They are also the only employees, making it truly a family business. Elaine has been in the restaurant business for 20 years, and her husband has cooked for 25, developing his special recipes over the years. The couple came to America in the 1980s, and since 1997 have lived in Holt, where their son attends Holt Junior High School. They have heard many people say good things about the new restaurant and hope that everyone will stop in and try it for themselves. The restaurant offers quality takeout at reasonable prices.
