The DeRosas serve a premium ice cream hand-dip which is 16 percent butterfat. They also serve a fat-free yogurt, as well as sugar-free, fat-free yogurt. For those looking for a little more substance, there are also hot dogs and chili. “We always use premium things,” said Kari. The DeRosas have taken advantage of CRRP funds to help pave the parking lot and add benches and shrubbery in the back.
