Community
The Delhi DDA understands the importance of community and the value in providing a place that business owners and residents alike can take pride in. Because of this the Delhi DDA contributes to many projects that help to build a better community and bring that community closer together. The DDA has funded several projects, such as the Holt Farmers’ Market and Senior Center, that continue to make Delhi Township an even better place to call home. The Delhi DDA is constantly collaborating with several service clubs, providing funding for parks, and also working towards a walkable community.
Holt Farmers Market
The Holt Farmers’ Market is a thriving space that connects Delhi residents with local farmers and foodgrowers. Founded and funded by the Delhi DDA to improve the Delhi Township community, the market also works to educate residents about the variety and quality of the area’s rich agricultural heritage, highlights local artisans, and provides a platform for new businesses to grow.
Holt Community Center
The Holt Community Center has been newly established, housing the Delhi DDA office as well as providing office space for the Holt-Delhi Historical Society. In addition, the Community Center serves as a shared space that offers two meeting rooms available for reservation by Delhi Township organizations and nonprofits.
